Behavior Policy

Brookstone Summer operates under the philosophy that involves well-understood standards of conduct. The Directors appreciate working with students on a basis that promotes a cooperative relationship to the extent that it is practicable. It is essential that each student accept total responsibility for his/her conduct at all times. Reminder:  All attendees must be potty trained.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a $20 fee for all cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start of the camp.  However, exchanges for another camp are permissible if space is available. 

You may e-mail the summer Camp Director, Frederique Severns, at fseverns@brookstoneschool.org  or reach her Monday through Friday 8:30am until 1:00pm at 706-243-3615.

Brookstone Summer reserves the right to cancel any camp that does not meet the minimum attendance requirement. Please check each registration page to see if space is available. Due to the volume of walk-up registrations, a cancellation may not be determined until the first day of camp. We will make every attempt to accommodate your child in another camp or refund your money.

Emergency Medical Authorization

I hereby authorize Brookstone Summer to secure medical attention and care for my child as deemed necessary. I shall assume responsibility for payment of services. I agree to keep the camp office informed of changes in telephone numbers, etc. where I can be reached.

Brookstone Summer agrees to keep me informed of any incidents requiring professional medical care involving my child.

Financial Policies / Payment

The preferred and fastest method of camp registration and payment is on-line through the Brookstone web site by using a Visa or MasterCard. Payment is due in full prior to the start of camp. No credit will be extended. To pay by check please pick up a registration form from the school office and submit the completed form with payment. Please make checks payable to Brookstone School.

Prorated fees or refunds: Under normal circumstances Brookstone Summer will not prorate or refund fees.

Media Release Agreement

I do hereby authorize Brookstone Summer to copyright and or use and /or publish for any article, advertisement, electronic media, television commercial, trade or any lawful purpose whatsoever, photographic portraits or pictures of my child(ren) (or talent by them), for which they may be included in whole or in part.
