3rd Round State Baseball: Congratulations to the Cougar Baseball Team! They won both games in a double header against Gordon Lee Tuesday afternoon. Taylor Herndon hit a three run home run to put the Cougars ahead in the 3rd inning of the first game to help lead the Cougars to a 4-2 victory. Johnny Carter and Joey Lewis both hit grand slams in the second game. The second game ended in the 5th inning with a 15-3 score.
Brookstone will play in the State Semifinals on Monday, May 26th. Go Cougars!
