Character Education at Brookstone:

At Brookstone, one of our goals is to help students develop a foundation for lifelong learning, along with integrity, personal responsibilty, mutual respect, and service to others.  This is accomplished in part thorugh our character education program.  Our Character Counts Program will continue in Pre-K through Second Grade, while character education will be integrated into the classroom by all grades.

 

 

LOWER and INTERMEDIATE SCHOOLS

Pre-K - Students will be introduced to the six pillars of character

Kindergarten - Fairness

First Grade - Caring

Second Grade - Trustworthiness

Fourth Grade - Responsibility

School life revolves around learning, and at Brookstone, learning happens everywhere. The school provides an environment that nurtures the courage to take a first step, to defend a friend, and to try something new.
