Cougar Nation Athletic Booster Club 

Name: Cougar Nation Athletic Booster Club (CN)

Governance: CN operates as a subcommittee of the Brookstone Parent Association (BPA)

Purpose: The purpose of CN is to provide support and funding to the Brookstone athletic director to enhance Brookstone’s athletic sports programs.

Cougar Nation Special Projects Committee

The CN President serves as the Chair of the CN Special Projects Committee.  The committee consists of the CN President, CN President-Elect, CN Past President, the BPA President, the BPA President-Elect, the Athletic Director and the Assistant Head of School for Finance and Operations.  

The purpose of the Special Projects Committee is to provide support and funding to the Athletic Director to enhance Brookstone Athletics sports programs. Twice each year, or more as deemed necessary by the committee chair, the committee will review and allocate CN funds for athletic needs that fall outside of the normal athletic budget and/or make contributions towards strategic capital projects that directly impact Brookstone athletics. 

All requests must be presented by a team’s head coach to the athletic director who then presents the requests to the CN Special Projects Committee to be considered for approval.  Requests should be in writing with supporting documentation. The committee shall review project recommendations based on the project request guidelines.  

Cougar Cup Golf, Tennis & Pickleball Tournament

Cougar Cup operations will fall under CN. The Chair and Co-Chair of Cougar Cup will be responsible for all activities regarding the event and will be reported directly to the CN President.
